This policy covers visits, enquiries and calculator use on sanemcosanacar.com. We collect only the data needed for a stated service purpose and explain its use clearly. Links to third-party websites are governed by those sites' own privacy practices.
When you visit the website
The site does not use advertising cookies, ad trackers or cross-session user identifiers. Vercel Web Analytics measures page views and referrers in aggregate without third-party cookies, while Speed Insights reports field-performance data. Hosting and security systems may process standard technical logs such as IP address, request time, browser and requested page.
The first page, submission page, external referring domain only and permitted UTM fields are retained in sessionStorage for the session. Full referrer URLs, query strings and URL fragments are not recorded. The Google Map on the contact page is external content and may process technical connection data when loaded.
When you contact us
Contact details and message content shared by email, telephone or WhatsApp are used to answer your enquiry and assess the relevant advisory scope. Limited page and campaign attribution may be stored with a submitted listing enquiry.
General contact-form entries are not saved on the website server. A WhatsApp message is created on your device and shared only if you send it through WhatsApp.
When you request a calculator report
For a PDF download, your phone number is formatted and validated only on your device and is not sent to the server or email service. For email delivery, your email address, tool inputs and result summary are sent to the email service.
This information is not added to a general marketing list without a separate choice by you or another valid legal basis.
Service providers and sharing
Limited providers support hosting, email delivery and the external map, and receive only the data needed for that function. Email reports use Resend and the contact map uses Google. Resend states that account data and email metadata are stored in the United States, so applicable international-transfer requirements apply when email delivery is enabled.
Your controls and request rights
You can block or delete third-party cookies through browser settings. The contact address and independent directions link remain available without loading the map. For access, correction or deletion requests, follow the application route in the Privacy Notice.
Changes to this policy
If a new form, analytics tool, CRM or provider is introduced, this policy and any required choice mechanism will be updated. Material changes are shown through the page's update date.
